This course covers theory and practical aspects of working at height. During the course you will develop the necessary skills to identify the hazards and risks associated with working at heights and will enable you to comply with the WHS requirements to work at heights.

Training: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
This Nationally recognised basic heights awareness course covers theoretical and practical aspects of safely working at heights and includes:
- Risk assessment
- Rigging and anchor systems
- Fall restraint
- Work positioning and
- Fall arrest systems
Prerequisites
The trainee must:
- be over the age of 16
- be able to read and write English
- be able to read and correctly interpret required documentation relevant to the working at heights course
- be able to and speak clearly and unambiguously in English
- be able to explain, describe and verify sometimes complex needs and issues
