About Us

Established in 1992 and located in Brisbane's Northside, FMS Training Services is proud to be an Australian owned and operated small business. Its owner/manager Jocelyn Doherty has had over 8 years experience in the Education and Training sector, with a Bachelor of Education and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Jocelyn was a school teacher with Education Queensland and a Small Business Mentor before deciding to launch FMS as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in 2007. Jocelyn has since appeared on ABC News, featured in the Pine Rivers Press, Australian Women Online, and The Australian Manufacturing Technology Magazine. Jocelyn's background and passion to provide an inclusive training environment, ensures that training at FMS is high quality, real-world based, and accepting of students from a variety of backgrounds. 

FMS Training Services is located at 1/42 Paisley Dr, Lawnton. FMS is a short walk from Lawnton train station and is close by to a number of motels and other accommodation.
